Soluble in acetone,ethyl acetate, 85-share water, 6-share ethanol, 2-share boiling water, slightly soluble in cold water, insoluble in benzene or trichloromethane. 性　状：本品为白色或灰白色的结晶性粉末，在 100 摄氏度时失去结晶水。能溶于丙酮、乙酸乙酯， 85 分水、 6 份乙醇、 2 份沸水，微溶于冷水，不溶于苯或三氯甲烷。与三氯化铁作用后产生蓝黑色。

Use:Industrial gallic acid used in analyzing and testing bismuth, cerium, copper, nitryl,phosphorus, silver, thorium and titanium etc.. It is also widely used in the fields including organic synthesis, pharmaceutical, ink, dyes, national defence and food etc..

用　途：工业没食子酸用于分析测定铋、铈、铜、硝基、磷、银、钍和钛等。还广泛用于有机合成、制药、墨水、染料、国防、食品各轻工等领域。
